Where are call notes saved?
In the person’s history, next to their LinkedIn messages, emails and SMS, together with the outcome and any callback.
What should we say at the start of a sales call?
The Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman’s guidance asks you to say who you are and which company the call is from, where you got the person’s contact details, who to contact about data protection and where to read more. Calls made in Robocaller are recorded, so also say that the call is recorded. If they say no to further contact, respect it: opt-outs go on a do-not-contact list.
