Bring your own list as a CSV file (you can save one from Excel). Duplicates and people contacted recently are left out by default, and every skipped row says why.
What contact details cost
2 credits for a work email, 5 for a phone number. Starter’s 500 monthly credits cover up to 250 email addresses.
Less spam risk
If many of your emails come back undelivered, email providers start sending the rest to spam. Leaving invalid addresses out helps avoid that.

Does the database cover Finnish companies?
Yes. Every active company in the Finnish trade register is included, about 350,000 of them, not counting housing companies. How many contacts we have varies by industry and region, so the quickest check is a demo: in 15 minutes we search your own target audience.
What does the email check do?
Robocaller checks each address and marks it verified, uncertain or invalid. Invalid addresses are never emailed. To leave out uncertain ones as well, filter your search to verified addresses.
How do credits work?
Credits unlock contact details from the lead database: 2 for a work email, 5 for a phone number. Starter’s 500 credits cover up to 250 emails a month. Unused credits don’t roll over.

Is it allowed to email people found this way?
In Finland you can email someone at their work address without prior consent if your offer is substantially related to their job. Each message must be clearly marketing, say who it’s from and offer an easy, free opt-out. Keep a note of why each person’s role fits your offer. Rules vary across the EU, so check your markets. Anyone who opts out goes on a do-not-contact list, and a data processing agreement (DPA) is available.
