Sequences Follow-ups that go out on their own.

For example: a LinkedIn request, a message once they accept, then an email if they don’t reply. A reply stops the messages.

14 days free. Unlimited users on every plan.

How the messages go out

  1. Start on LinkedIn

Send a connection request, then a message once they accept. You can message existing connections right away or leave them out.

  2. An email if they don’t reply

If they don’t accept the LinkedIn request or don’t reply, they get an email instead. When they reply, the messages stop.

  3. Only at the times you allow

From the account you choose, only on the days and hours you allow and never more per day than your limit. Here: Mon–Fri, 08–16 Helsinki time.

One sequence sends your LinkedIn messages, emails and texts for you.

What goes out, and to whom

A/B testing

Try different versions of a message and see which one gets the most replies. Then keep the one that works best.

No double contact across campaigns

When one campaign has contacted someone, the others wait as long as you choose. People are matched by name and company too, even if the email differs.

Skips customers and your team

Campaigns leave out your own team and companies you’ve already won a deal with. You can include customers in a campaign’s settings.

Opt-outs apply to every campaign

When someone asks not to be contacted, no campaign reaches them again. The request is picked up from their reply, in Finnish or English.

Questions

Is cold email to companies allowed?

In Finland you can email someone at their work address without prior consent if your offer is substantially related to their job. Each message must be clearly marketing, say who it’s from and offer an easy, free opt-out. Keep a note of why each person’s role fits your offer. Rules vary across the EU, so check your markets. Anyone who opts out goes on a do-not-contact list, and a data processing agreement (DPA) is available.

Why don’t emails start at full speed?

A new email address that suddenly sends lots of email looks like spam to email providers. So Robocaller starts with a few emails a day and raises the amount step by step. Plan at least two weeks before cold email at full volume, longer on a brand-new domain. Your domain also needs SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, which whoever manages your domain can add. LinkedIn messages can start straight away.

How many emails can I send?

About 1,000 emails per email account a month under fair use. Plans include 1, 6 or 15 email accounts, and you can add more.

Can I use SMS in cold outreach?

Be careful. In Finland a marketing text to a named person counts as marketing to a natural person, even at a work number, so it usually needs prior consent. Use SMS steps for people who have agreed to them, for example on a call.

What happens when someone replies?

Their automatic messages stop, the salesperson responsible is notified and the reply appears in the Unified Inbox with everything that came before it.

Set up your first follow-ups.

LinkedIn messages can start today. A new email address starts at about 10 emails a day and builds up step by step, so plan at least two weeks before cold email at full volume. We help you launch your first campaign.
